2)How do I achieve less weight gain during pregnancy, so I don't gain too much.

I don't really ve information on number 1,but nos 2 u can't,except u want to starve ursef which is not good for ur unborn child .for me wen I was pregnant with my child,i was 65kg bt added Extra 20kg.bt am back to normal.
