what is wrong with the plan... if you see what is causing the traffic congestion from above, you can tell ground troops what to do about it.

Putting round peg in square hole!. Does he know what it takes to maintain the three helicopters coupled with the no-maintenance attitude, sabotage and corruption that abound in Nigeria. Someone may want to even use this 'helicopter office' to build a mansion. Needless to say that the sophistication of armed robbery these days can lead to the helicopters being shot down. Please, what has happened to Nigerian satellite (SATCOM-1 or Satcom anything). When huge sums of money were being sunk into the project, it was reported that it would be deployed into surveillance and other allied uses. What is the use now? Tackling traffic rule and insecurity are good points to be undertaken by any responsible government but using helicopters are not the best. Helicopters are best used in emergency short-lived situations like evacuation in fire. Why not use satellite and relay the information to traffic Authorities for quick actions or to the Nigerian Airforce for intervention in Armed robbery cases. I don't want to forget the noise pollution associated with helicopters and the adverse destruction of building roofs when it flies at low altitude.
