ADC this time, not APC, things should be done the right way though...we should not bring sentiment into this decision...politicians will now be having at the back of their minds that impunity is gradually disappearing on our polity!!!

The Supreme Court has ordered the Gombe State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal to re-try the petition against the election of governor, Ibrahim Dankwambo, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

The petitioner’s lawyer had signed the petition as Sam Kagbo whereas on the roll of lawyers, the name is Sam Peter Kagbo.

Can you imagine the ridiculous excuse, bolded above, which the PDP criminals wanted to use as a technicality to perpetrate their criminality? smh

A faction of APGA, ANPP, ACN and CPC merged to form APC long ago before the last election. No such party as ADC was involved in it.
