thanks for the observation, think the first thing that needs to be done now is to audit all equipments and machinery of Government Technical College Bama, so as to find out how one of it ends up in the hands of Boko Haram terrorists..... and this factory might actually be in the vicinity of Bama.

The factory is either within a technical school, poly or university as this is where
ETF fund projects.

Due to the size of late machines its not easily dismantled and reassemble so it's possible they are within a school environment.

Seems BH already got their hands on palestenian rocket technology. Iran and hezbollah are suspects. If am not mistaking, you would need launching pads for such rockets, most likely to be aimed at NAF jets.
The army should be in a position to know if these rockets are already been used at the war fronts. My thinking is these rockets are just for show offs, only a silly BH foot soldier would fire such rockets at proximity in a guerilla warfare as that would easily give out their location.
