Saraki needs a dose of his own treacherous medicine. His trial must continue until he is kicked out or he resigns from the Senate Presidency, Anything short of this is unacceptable.

but, trust not Saraki,he may have concluded his plans against APC once he is off the hook,
I guess Saraki with PDP will soon team up to laugh at APC in future once Saraki is set free today.
trust no polithief.
there's a seriously hidden agenda between Saraki and PDP
I see APC falling for Saraki's appearance deception.
Saraki in future surely will hit APC for the national disgrace metted on his

Nothing good wil come out the judgement. Nigeraian politics is all about give and take. Even the deaf knows Saraki is a free man. Its just a simple ideology, 'clear our ministers and we quash your case' . Who is deceiving who

Should this case be squashed it will be a big stain on the government of Buhari. This dust raised by the case is not something that should be overlooked.

It will send wrong signals to the international community and will definitely be a very delicious food in the mouth of the wailers.

Sorry bro, your view is irrelevant to the corrupt government of APC, Saraki case is settled politically and nothing you or your international community can do about it than to spend your time crying foul.

Re: Appeal Court Delivers Judgment In Saraki’s Case Today by Nobody: 7:34am On Oct 30, 2015
Should Court of Appeal give judgment in favour of Saraki today, honesty and sincerity of fight against corruption dictate that FG should refile the matter @ the CCT with 3 judges to prove Saraki's guilty or otherwise. Failure to do this will mar Buhari's anti-graft war and vindicate Saraki over his allegation of political witch hunt.

In any event, If things continue like before. I will assume president Muhammodu Buhari has succeeded in playing politics with Nigerian populace and deceived us into thinking that he is "Mr Clean"

And for Saraki I will congratulate him and doff my cap for him, for he is an astute politician with rare courage and mastery of politics.

For Mr. Jagaban, I will not like to say he has been played on.

My concern now is; are we in a Sane or Insane country? Ask Change Mantra Master.

And off course a string of thread will be created by a protection seeker who thinks Facebook is moderated by APC the was Lasticlala and Obinoscopy moderates Nairaland with supervision from seun.
Is it buhari that is to deliver the judgement? APC can still deliver the fatal blow to saraki by pressing on with the case...
Saraki has NOT compelled ekweremmadu to resign or the principal officers vacated their office..that's the main deal...
Ministerial screening is too small a task for saraki...besides, seeing him on that seat of SP..stiLl reminds them of his betrayal...

It would be totally wrong to think Saraki will still be prosecuted, this is politics, the appeal court judge can now deliver judgement squashing the trial and still be left off the hook because Saraki is now back in the camp of APC. Saraki is a die hard APC personality and he's proven that, he could be treacherous, very treacherous hence, the need to be witty to follow him. APC will still surely pay him in his own coin but not now. For defying the party's directive from start and ready to cling on kitchen spoon to get to leadership, he Saraki would never think the road is now rosy. Saraki is a sharp guy and knows how to maneuver his ways, APC should tread with him cautiously.

...And your own view is the one relevant here?? Was it not your party senators that were accompanying him to tribunal and court sheepishly
Giving him moral support..and impetus
APC are too wise to let saraki off the hook now...UNLESS he finds a way to remove the principal officers or the DSP..that's the 'bone' given to him by the party to chew in the recent letter...ministerial screening is just what he wants to use as a means to re-integrate himself into the fold..

For us to move forward as a country, our judicial system must b left alone to carry our dia duties without FEAR or FAVOUR!!!

I hope the judgment won't be a compensation for d successful screening of some ministerial nominees.......

GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!!

Meanwhile, don't be too quick to forget that when PDP senators staged a walk out, DSP didn't follow them, so we can't really say where the DSP loyalty lies. The onerous task of making ekweremmadu resign is almost impossible but reshuffling the other principal officers can be effected but will bring another round of divisiveness in the APC's Senate caucus. Ministerial screening is just a shot at many tests of Saraki, it would be wrong to claim it's too small a task. Some of the nominees are just flop with no plans and he could have rejected some but still due to loyalty to PMB, none was rejected, so he tried. He's gain more friends though with this and his trial surely u would agree with me will be soft pedaled till it's a bye gone. Saraki is very cunning, he should be followed with sense, uncommon sense to keep him at arm's length.

NIGERIANS ARE NOT SEEING THE PICTURE... PDP SENATORS WALKING OUT AT THE MINISTERIAL CONFIRMATION WAS STAGED AND BELIEVE ME SARAKI WAS AWARE OF IT. THE MAIN AIM WAS TO PLAY ALONG AND MAKE APC LEADERS FEEL SARAKI IS 100% BACK WITH THEM SO THE CCT PROPAGANDA WILL BE OVER.

THERE ARE ALOT OF POLITICAL DRAMA YET TO UNFOLD BUT EITHER WAY TINUBU WONT ENJOY THE GAME

APC should let Saraki be, be has learnt his lesson
What does that mean? He should learn his lesson in the prison if he is guilty! If persons like Mandela should be in d prison for flimsy offences, who is Saraki to learn his lesson in the comfort of his home? It has been said that when honest men becomes passive by closing their mouth, EVIL(corruption) strives.
