I've been on this site for many and I can't recall ever describing an entire tribe with unprintable and derogatory words, without excessive pressure and same from others.

The Ijaws are solidly behind Wike and his administration; it's the ONLY sensible thing they can do, considering the massive support Wike gave to their person in the last elections. My vote will surely go to Wike, even if the while world reasons otherwise.

We are a people with dignity, not without flaws BUT I felt really disappointed to have read some demeaning words being used on my tribe by people I'll regard as my friends here.

Princewill is a f**l. He was supposed to continue with his case in the Tribunal in 2007 when Amaechi replaced Omehia. The tribunal would have cancelled the election because it was marred with violence. PDP would have supported him and NOT Amaechi like they did Ohiakim of PPA in 2007. But the slowpoke withdrew his suit to get an appointment with Amaechi. He should forget about being Governor.

Ijaw give PDP ultimatum to substitute Wike or risk protest

IJAW leaders in Rivers State have given the Peoples
Democratic Party (PDP) up till January 5, 2015 to substitute
its governorship candidate, Nyesom Wike, or risk a mass
protest vote by them in the general elections.
And if their demand is not acceded to, the Ijaw said that
they would support a formidable party like the All
Progressives Party (APC) which has an Ijaw as its
governorship candidate for the 2015 elections.
A prominent Ijaw leader and former director-general of the
State Security Service (SSS) and the pioneer Chairman of
the Oil Minerals Producing Areas Development Commission
(OMPADEC), Albert Horsfall, told a meeting of Ijaw and
other ethnic nationalities in Port Harcourt on Tuesday that
series of meetings have been held with critical stakeholders
in the PDP on the urgent need for a power shift to the
coastal areas of the state and avert a situation whereby one
ethnic group tries to monopolise political power in Rivers
State.
Horsfall explained that the clamour for equity, justice and
fairness was jettisoned by a few individuals who
manipulated the PDP primaries to pave way for the
emergence of Wike, who hails from the same Ikwerre ethnic
nationality as the incumbent governor of the state, Chibuike
Amaechi. According to him, time and space have been given
to critical stakeholders to address the serious concerns of
Ijaw and other ethnic nationalities in Rivers State but to no
avail.
The former security chief said what those who manipulated
Wike’s emergence are possibly trying to do was to enslave
the future of Rivers State people and to deny them voices in
the affairs of the state.
Based on the prevailing circumstances and in recognition of
the fact that the processes of selection of candidates have
not been foreclosed, Horsfall said Ijaw have resolved that
they would out of loyalty and reverence to President
Jonathan, give him and the PDP up until January 5, 2015 to
substitute Wike’s name with that of any aspirant from the
coastal areas or risk a mass protest vote during the
governorship election.
If the PDP rejects their demand, Horsfall said the Ijaw
leaders would ask all Ijaw sons and daughters who have
been given other parties governorship tickets to back likely
the APC candidate, Dakuku Peterside, in a bid to defeat the
PDP and end its blatant disregard for its own constitution.
According to him, statistically, if all the Ijaw votes are
galvanized and with the support of other well-meaning
ethnic nationalities, any candidate supported by them
should easily win the Rivers governorship election.
And in cognizance of the reconciliation moves by the PDP in
Rivers State, the Ijaw elders said genuine reconciliation
could only be achieved if Wike renounced his candidacy
and allow someone from the coastal area of the state to
emerge as the party’s candidate. He stressed that people
from other ethnic nationalities including the Ijaw can never
be slaves in Rivers State.
Horsfall urged ethnic nationalities like the Ijaw represented
at the meeting to begin mass mobilisation of the people
ahead of the 2015 general elections.

Why not learn deductive reasoning? In announcing election results, you'll know that the population of the LGAs doesn't matter, but the per centage of votes gotten in each.

If Ikwerre people vote massively for Wike in Obio-Akpor, Ikwerre, Emohua, Etche, Omumah, Port Harcourt LGAs, etc while he fails to get the required per centage in LGAs like Opobo/Nkoro, Degema, Akuku Toru, Asari Toru, Okrika, etc; he won't be declared winner. He needs 2/3 of 23 LGAs. Haven't you heard of the argument between Shagari and Awolowo over 2/3 of 19 states?
