Sorry about the confusion. The land is N80,000 per acre or N200,000 per hectare. 1 hectare is two and a half acres.

The herdsmen in the area avoid cultivated farmlands. There are regular meetings with their leadership to drive home this point.
Some farmers also fence their lands; cows are generally docile, they won't pass any obstruction more than 2 or 3 feet.

Good evening sir. Actually, I'm based in Oyo state so most of the lands I know of are there. Also, bassed on previous relationships, I don't just know the lands but also the owners. If however I can think of any I will let you know.
About what to plant, it really depends on a number of factors ;
-location of the farm & soil capabilities.
-what size of land do you intend to acquire? This will determmine the scale & hence profitability.
-potential markets for your crop(s)
-your financial outlay ( will determine if you are going for food or cash crop).

The lands come surveyed, so there is no additional cost. Also, the N80,000 is the price of the land, it doesn't include commission.

The 2900 acre land was sold last week but there is a piece of land in Ilaju (Ilaju is a border town to Eruwa, also along Eleyele-Eruwa Road) that has a river. You should get there.
