Everything you have listed here is old stuff pushed by Hausa-Fulani, Yorubas and Ibos before and immediately after independence. If you think you are saying new things then read your history.It was military intervention and civil war that made NigerIa stop resource control .my.military intervention was caused not by Yorubas but by Nzeogwu, Ifeajuna, Banjo and so many others and they were fighting the same thing Buhari is fighting now ...Corruption and mindless stealing.
If someone had told Nzeogwu that his well meant plans and do-gooding, "kill them all" plans would lead to unitary military government maybe he would have said no.

The current ownership of oil in Nigeria is clear enough , it was the FG that raised the billions of dollars to prospect for , find and develop oil and gas deposits. Oil is everywhere, but the work involved and risk undertaken is what is rewarded handsomely and that is what people see. Right now the commodity is even losing value and that will continue ad infinitum. Even 8f Biafra is actualized in future which is near impossible there will be issues finding money to develop oil and gas deposits and ship them through pipeline to the coast. Biafra would be one of the weakest regions in terms of how to adapt it's economy to the economic policies of neighbouring Niger Delta, Calabar-Akwa Ibom and Benin.
The container called Nigeria is still the best bet.
