Are these people well? Do they know how dangerous what they are doing is? This is currently happening at Mowe, Ibafo in Ogun state. A fuel tanker fell early this morning and residents and every opportunity seeker are there scooping fuel, risking their lives. This could explode at any minute...and there's no sight of safety or security officers around. See more photos after the cut...

There is a level of poverty one will get to and you will see no use of life..i guess these set of people have reached that level just that i feel like giving that woman backing a child a resounding e-slap for riisking the life of that innocent baby.

All that's required to complete the FIRE TRIANGLE is a source of heat. I know things are difficult in the nation but this is pure risk. I've lost over 50 acquaintances to fire and explosions in times past. I'm always very wary of situations like this one.

Back in 2012 in Rivers state, a devastating explosion killed hundreds of Nigerians trying to scoop fuel from a similar scene.

Nothing wrong, they don't want the petrol to waste.
