Running a "DEMOCRACY" does NOT FORECLOSE any constituent part (s) therein from seeking independence if she so wishes, and meets the criteria.

Bight of Benin had her own tribes that included much of the present Western Nigeria down into the Dahomey flank. Slaves were equally grouped along this nomenclature/regional identification.
