His remark; ''Nigeria is broke'' is a ''Socialist statement'', a representation of APC economic policy direction where the central govt Leads in all aspects of economic activities ''Centralism''. Thesame economic structure that led to the collapse of former USSR.
Don't be bothered by this administration's lack of economic blue print because they don't have one. They're all for Socialism (Big Government Economy).
