Guy, this your statement of ACCESS of Dresden being very close to Civil Engineering, Me I don't know ooo. You better look with 3D glasses at the course/module detailed contents and topics to be treated before you make a decision. The COMMAS in UniStuttgart is computational and I think that of Dresden is similar, if not tougher/worse. I know guys wey don run from Dresden oooo.
jaegermesiter:
Access(computational mechanics) although sttugart and TUM offers the course also but that of dresden is more Civil engr inclined and semester dues are cheaper at dresden also.I. Nid to knw more abt d town economically as per d hustle

are you telling me that some one is going to germany just to look for YAM. haba. na jonathan yam him wan go eat or Nigeria yam?/
now i see why they refuse people visa. the yam wey u don eat for Nigeria never reach you abi. oga there is market to buy anythin u want. na ur money. oga yam! soon u will add goat, before u add goat, yes goat dey, sheep dey, cow dey, and pig plenty. since na food dey carry you commot for house. goat and yam, una remember goat and yam analogy by una ex president, that is what is at play here.
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by daimlerbenz: 9:53pm On Nov 02, 2015
The guy asked a simple question and I answered simply. It didn't need to go to the extent of making jest of him. And also if you know your way, goat meat dey, cow meat dey e.t.c.

And it's not about the need for home food that make them deny people VISAs. There are a variety of factors and food issues is not one. It's wrong of you to make that insinuation. What on earth can you read on a poor diet/ empty stomach? I guess you are superman who can read and jack without eating. Weldone, God go dey help you.

Hello all, pls i need a little clarification & or advise. Is it acceptable to send a scanned copy of my completed & signed DB form to a friend in Germany who will in turn print & send it by post? Can one still say the document is still 'in the original' as indicated in the email they (db) sent to me requesting i resubmit another form by courier/post. I've done interview since Sept 1st & till date still waiting for bank account details.

Please I need response asap as I've already sent another to a friend email to print & send for me but I'm not sure if it'll be accepted or not.

Thanks
Cc: dolpaz, eke40seven, obinwann, futurewiser
DB will not accept it, send the signed copy via courier to them.

I'm sorry I have no answer to this..as I have no experience with the db but I did this with one of the schools I applied for and they didn't complain

I just went to the embassy at Abuja today for the db account, I was surprised it was returned to me (only with official stamps on it) to send to the bank in Germany. . I thought with the 20€ the embassy would handle that. Pls is this normal?
Abuja embassy does not send db form, they only stamp it and return it to the applicant because they don't have time for sending db form, the Lagos embassy will stamp and send it on behalf of the applicant.

Thanks Rayhut for your response. The one i forwarded to my friend was signed. I scanned the signed pages him to print (in colored) and send by post from there to make it faster. With this what's your take on it? Could there be any issue on it as well?

Please anyone else that have got a similar experience, I'll appreciate your contributions to this.

Thanks

Hello everyone

Please, I'd like to know if it is a must to have a valid health insurance submitted with the application before a study visa can be issued by the German consulate.

No, for student visa, you be required to collect your visa with a travel insurance, that insurance is different from health insurance that you will do while in Germany

@All......................Please here is a quick question

I just applied through Uni-assist for Masters in International Business and the same school is offering Bachelors in International business.

So I want to also apply for Bachelors in the same school to widen my chances, If i now apply for BSC for same course in same school, will i have to pay another 75 Euros for uni-assist processing fee and also do i send the Masters and Bachelors Printed hardcopies applications together in one envelope and send it to uni-assist or it has to be submitted separately. And also can i use same documents for both applications?

Danke Viel Schon

Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 2 by Nobody: 12:06pm On Nov 03, 2015
sending all forms in one envelop is Okay,

The 75 euors in this case will take care of both the B.Sc and M.Sc applications as far as its for the same school and you are applying for the same semester. Make sure you print the forms separately.
Note; you can only be admitted into either the M.Sc or B.Sc and not both.

Thread don dry, people don waka.... There is hardly time, especially when you are just settling.
I'm gonna be giving my short experiences, and advise bit by bit for people coming to Munich. I call it, "my Munich experience fact file"...
Well, i will relay breifly my experience here...

F A C T O N E
if you are coming to Munich, make sure you apply for accommodation early. Even with 350-400 euros you may not find a flat share, students sublease at nothing less than 500-700, self contained na another matter. The earlier you exhaust you option applying for all the cheap options, the better.
Even when you have the money sometimes, the accommodation are hardly available... Hostels and hotels will suck your account like a fat kid sucks chocolates. Its no joke when they say its the most expensive city in Germany.

Hmmm...may be this should go to the other German thread.
