Maina wasn't tried he was declared wanted due to public outcry but somehow manage to slip through d borders onto thin air with the backing of GEJ . even while EFCC was fooling them self looking for him, reliable sources confirmed maina was always seen inside Aso rock dinning n winning with Jonathan .....so tell me who is fooling who?
The guy that was sentenced and fined #750k was Yusuf yakubu or something .Maina was brought in to plug d hole via which looters were stealing pension funds in d pension office but he ended up breaking the records of d other looters.

#My Opinion : Maina wasn't d only one involved in the ongoing stealing of pension funds.all successive govt and govt officials have been stealing the momey .the bulk of d money maina stole was used to prosecute Jonathan's reelection bid and have we all wondered why its so difficult to get ones pension after retirement in Nigeria

We will listen to him when he comes out of hiding to come clear d air abi if he didn't hv any skeleton why hiding
All this while and not honoring EFCC invites?

This man ruined lives and destroyed families and he was only made to pay a fine of 250k. This all happened under the GEJ's administration am glad PMB has waded into the matter and allowed the watch dogs do their job.
