How Can I Correct This Health Defect by Soskid(op): 4:54pm On Nov 03, 2015
I experience nervousness whenever I find myself among people especially those that I am not familiar with. I sometimes end up with a shaky mouth whenever I want to speak. This has been happening to me for the past 4 years but it seems to have graduated to something else. A bit of encounter with even one person is enough to keep nervousness in me for the whole day.
After a hectic day at work with tiredness, a normal body is expected to have a sound sleep. Mine is different. If I manage to sleep around 11pm, my eyes would be wide ope around 2-3am. I have done all I could to change the situation but all my effort have been met with futility. Little things now put a long lasting fear in me. I am afraid I may lose my life anytime soon if my condition is not changed.
I was told by a friend that it could be General Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
Pls, is there anybody with useful tips that can change my condition? Thanks in anticipation!

You have something hidden in you that's bothering you, just know what it's , and you'll be good.

Just take a break or 'leave' from your work and rest.





Learn to see those around you or those you have found yourself with as mere mortals like you;they have nothing that you don't have. So, feel free to speak and make sure your voice is not heard as noise.


What am I saying?


1.Identify yourself
2. Respect yourself
3. Know what you are good at
4. Take control and liberate yourself from the .psychological shackles
4. Rest! Rest!! Rest!!!
5. Hangout with chicks and go to the club with your guys
