I had intercourse with a lady while I was still in school December last year, she stays in the hostel, I used protection but it got ripped off in the process and I never noticed. a week after my private part started to itch, and when I scratch I derive serious pleasure from doing so, after 2 weeks I noticed somethings like pimples (big ones) all over my PP and they itch seriously, at this point I can't keep quiet anymore so I told a friend, he laughed and told me I've contacted a toilet disease common with hostel girls. I was so worried and pissed. I tookoff straight to the pharmacy, they gave me some drugs (anti biotics) included. but no changes... tho it subsided for a while and came back.. in a nutshell I've taken alot of drugs but no changes till now. doctors please help me. I did test I was told it's yeast infection. don't know what to do anymore. when I scratch I enjoy it so badly and it itch even in public, very embarrassing. I need solution please...

Take original doxycycline for like 10 days(about #200 a sachet) . Always change your inner wears on daily basis as that can 're infect you . Also keep your toilet and hands clean .

I don't know why we never learn. All of a sudden we have all become medical personnels that we can easily guess "correctly" what infection or disease we have. Your first point of call Should not be a pharmacy, go to the hospital or clinic for the right diagnosis. This has nothing to do with toilet infections. It could be herpes or something worse.

bro I won't lie to u the only explanation I have for u right now is either you have genital wart or you have herpes and based on your symptoms it is likely you have herpes which has no cure but only the first outbreak like u are having now is severe but it will always come back maybe when u are stressed or ur immune system is down or low
in the case of genital wart it is caused by a virus called HPV it also has no cure but the virus clears from the male system after a year or two in 90 percent of case in male it doesn't usually itch but it is skin coloured or pink and it forms in group like skin tag
if u wanna differentiate the two
go to the lab and request for a blood test to check for herpes
their is no test yo check for genital wart in male but u can use apple cider vinegar to check if u have by soaking the cotton wool in the vinegar place it on the bumps on ur penis then remove it after 10 minutes if it turns white uve got genital wart

Go to a chemist and take gentamincin (or so) injection for three days then get Whitefield ointment plus one other antibiotic (I forgot the name) plus injection powder. Mix them together and apply on the affected area. Hope that helps though.
