If u ask them y na, dem go say na market na, make u price am. This our way of doing business sef. An ibo man is always willing to give his ibo speaking brother a good price for a commodity. But let a yoruba man enter his shop. He will cut his head hands and legs with high price. Fear naija o |

Op, you're right. I bought one shitty boss bluetooth speaker for 40 gees from Konga and the damn thing didn't even work , I was pissed off but then I made up my mind - if I get any shiity product from a particular online outfit I'll blacklist them , and I will never buy again from them , no matter how beautiful their products are just the way I can never use MTN line in my life. Nigerians should boycott their products and they'd be forced to ask 'why' ? |

Truckpusher:MTN IS THE MOST UNSCRUPULOUS, GREEDY, UNETHICAL COMPANY IN NIGERIA. NO COMPANY SHOULD BE THAT CORRUPT AND STAY IN BUSINESS. THEY MUST BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS. |

Kizeeto:This is irrelevant and a useless thread. When you go to the market to buy goods, do they sell to you at the suggested retail price or they try to swindle you? So because it is now online, that means Nigerians will all of a sudden change their "swarving" behavior. Abeg tell us something new. Totally unnecessary thread |

I have buy some fake stuff on both JUMIA and konga which is not fair. PLS NOTE: I'm NOTE A TRIBAL MAN |

Anyone who buy unbranded android phone is being ripped off for example these unbranded phones cost the manufacturers less than 5K to manufacture and they have no second hand value compared to Samsung Android phones. Spend your money wisely on branded phones with second hand value so that when you want to upgrade you can resell and get tangible money back. |

My dear, this is market. Take for instance you go to the market to purchase a product and you know nothing about it, you are simply at the mercy of the seller. Just do simple reseach and know the prize first. It will save you some cash. The buyer is always the victim and the mumu-logy in the the whole stuff. I went to buy a generator one day and the seller told me that the gen set is 178k. Is a very big gen set and that prize is not out of range though but my generator engineer have already told me that the gen set is 75k to 80k but if I see the german made, it should be around 150-180k. but I can't see it here. So here is thia guy telling me is german and is 178k. Trust me, I prized him 50k....lol, the man change face, but finally I but it for 79k. imagine if I don't have I dea of the prize. |

[quote author=Kizeeto post=39655647]We're in Nigeria bro. Remember the mega-pixel war? So many still believe that higher mp count parallels high picture quality. Or the Infinix better than Tecno saga. Whereas the same company runs the two firms. ![]() The problem? Me thinks most Nigerians are rather ignorant. #nooffence [/quote U tooo bro |

Elxandre:Mr Konga defender! I bought it from an online shop called 'konga' and not sellers. Besides , Konga as the sole name known to consumers should do more to screen their sellers properly before accepting them to sell their shiity product through their name and brand. But I guess this is Nigeria , who the hell are Nigerians ? I ain't buying even 'air' from Konga and Jumia to remain alive , Truckpusher won't buy from those thieves. How can I pay 40 thousand naira for nothing but a useless Bluetooth speaker , I didn't click a home decor when I bought it online. |

EbolaParasite:is a necessary thread my dear. it can't be unnecessary just because we are nigerians. online is different from goin to the market because u don get to prize goods online. you just put ur card an pay. is dubious and unethical for people like konga and kaymu or whatever to dup people online. we knoe the started well but now they are bringing nigeria blood into the business. the aim of e-commerce is to at least if not nothing else, genuine products and competent prizes. |

The kind thunder wey go fire this op ehhhh..Still dey dance skelewu!! What is your business with how much people are selling their products..Abi do you want them to sell it at same price they bought it..Am sure you are a business man and your major aim of doing business is to make profit so why are you being hypocriticsl about how much oda people are selling their products abi are the buyers of the product blind.you are doing your business and making your money while you are here spoiling other peoples businesses and tarnishing their image..Something is seriously wrong with some people. You dont have any right to come here and tarnish peoples images just because you are given a free online platforms to air your views. Some nigerians are mere hypocrites..If i buy somethin for 20k you expect me to sell it at 20k abi..Na poverty go sammer you if you dont leave this matter and mind your business!!very annoying!!selling at a price is a choice while buying at a price is also a choice..So mind your business!! |

Ramos16:If you take your time to read this CNet's article, you'll get the whole gist. http://www.cnet.com/news/camera-megapixels-why-more-isnt-always-better-smartphones-unlocked/ But long story short: - Quality of the camera sensor and the amount of light it allows in. - Size of lens. - Software managing the camera. - Operator Competence (which is why there are rookie phone camera users and professional photographers). Nonetheless you should see that article. ![]() |

Truckpusher:I'm not defending Konga. Even Ebay with it's reputability.............shiiii still happens! That is why it's advised on TV commercials to test a product before paying. Not that this is very feasible though. |

fexyrich:Comments like this are better left unresponded to. But: With all due respect sir. I did not want to "tarnish" the image of other people, that was why sellers name was not included in the screen shot. Also did you see the part where I said I don't know who to blame (the buyer or the seller). I think I also specified that the point of the post was to sensitize users to do a little research before placing their money. Plus a seller making a profit of over 100%! Haba Bros. One last thing sir: Thanks for sharing your views ![]() |
