I'm creating this thread so that you can know what I'm going through with krixmas. Krixmas is a Logistics firm run by a Nairalander named goodtalk. Here's the link to his thread:

I got to know them around July last year but everything turned sour around March this year when he refused to remit a sum of 147,000 Naira made from the deliveries he did for me.

After much pestering, one his his staff told me their boss Charles (goodtalk) was out of Nigeria. He went out of the country with my money without any prior notice.

Ever since then, I've been disturbing his staff in order to ensure my money is paid. The most annoying thing is ever since he came back to the country, he had refused picking my calls. He resorted to sending me sms- maybe his conscience is judging him, I wouldn't know.

Right now, he has 57,500 left to pay. He promised to balance last weekend but ever since then, he had switched off his phone. I've tried all his lines with no success.

I wonder how a firm with such reputation can be acting irresponsibly. I'm highly disappointed in Charles who happens to be the boss. Fellow nairalanders, Kindly reach out to him to balance my money. It's more than 8 months already. Krixmas Logistics is a tragedy to my business.

Goodtalk, where ever you are, come here and defend yourself. Let the world know you're not what you're claiming to be. At least you challenged me to come here and make noise, I've done so.

You should have gone to an official logistics company instead of depending on someone you met online.

Well, I accept your blame sir. I didn't actually jump at them immediately I saw them. I acted based on the reviews and recommendations I read from his thread. You can go through his thread that I dropped in my post, there's no way one won't be enticed by the sugary reviews. I've learnt my lesson anyway. There's more to what I wrote here, all will be revealed if he refuses to do the right thing.

It is all about business and there is no crime in a business beating down its price to lure customers as long as quality is not compromised, neither have the customers who jump at discount prices done wrong. Krismax may have to take the blame on this for failing to fulfill his own part of the bargain. Better to have expensive but quality offering than discounted but poor services.

As for me, I am still very wary of using these third parties. I don't want hypertension. So I have done a few of my shipping using DHL. I am trying to risk the terrain of third party shippers starting with "ShopToMyDoor" and then "Chrisvicmall". I have registered kn their platform and working on the courage to take the plunge.

I cannot come and go and kill myself away.

I happen to know D owner of Krismax Logistics on a personal level! Just wanna confirm, have U been paid in full now becos I was aware at atime that he wasn't in the country!!

Plus he is not a dubious person at all; I guess it just a misunderstanding somewhere with staff!!

To me he's dubious. If not, why did he travel out of the country when he had over 100k that he had to pay with him? The painful thing is that we spoke just few days to when his staff told me he travelled.

Ever since then, it's been one excuse after the other. He had been rejecting my calls. He only communicates whenever he feels like through sms. He even challenged me to come here and open this thread. Is that professional?

Well, he's still owing me #57,500 and he had switched off his phone since last week. That's what prompted me to open this thread.

We apologise over the issues that u have raised and we assure u that they will be resolved, but before then let's put some perspective on the matter.

1. Firstly you are our beloved customer and our relationship is almost two years old and in that period we have paid over 1 Millon naira into your account for deliveries we have made on your behalf.

2. Secondly u even admitted that out of the 147,000 outstanding 90,000 has been paid leaving you with a balance of N57,000.

3. You failed to mention that we informed you that the dispatch staff incharge of your transaction was sacked and handed over to the police for his failue to remmit proceeds from your deliveries on time and the case is still pending with the police.

4. Fourtly, we could have said pending the recorvery of the money by the police before we settle your outstanding, but we said no, and went ahead to credit you with N90,000 from our pockets which represents almost 75% of your outstanding and pleaded with you to be a little patient for the balance, cos we knew that waiting on the police might prolong.

5. And in time past if we have credited your accounts collectivily with over a million, I now wonder why 57,000 would now be a problem if not for issues associated with dispatch staff on the field, and to forstal issues of this nature in future we would be rolling out Pos machines fornuse by our field staff in the months ahead to eliminate the temptations associated with payment on delivery transactions.

6. Kindly note that our MD is currently in Houston Texas on a business trip as our business span oil and gas, other areas and as well as logistics.

7. In all we are sorry for any inconviniences caused, and we know in busiess unforseen circumstances happen.

We would eventually resolve the issues and have them laid to rest but its pertinent to state our part of the matter for a balanced reading by all our esteemed dlients and would be clients.

We would not go into muld slinging with you over spurious aligations and deliberate distortion of facts to wipe up sentiments, some of which include , Delibrate switching off our business line,for 5 days just to elude you, whao!. Its mind blowing.

Customers are always right and we appreciate that but we would plead with you to show some maturity in your quest or it will be seen as though you are delibrately engaged in a vendater over an issue we are still resolving with the police.

We would appreciate other channels of communicatios as we have stated our positions and might not continue replying you in this manner.

Just make sure he pays you your money this year if not he will just keep on telling you stories and believe me his good at story telling.

And for the record, I am not a member of the Krixmas team! And for those who so swiftly discredit startup businesses in courier and logistics industry, read/research the history of DHL and you will appreciate what I was just trying to do............

Haven't done any business with them though but why not pick your calls or answer WhatsApp messages. If you are in the business of serving ppl, then dedicate one person to answer calls ALL THE TIME while others do the other works involved. Once your reps/workers who are actually the face of your business are messing up, it completely ruins your company's reputation over time no matter how good it is and how hard you have worked at it. Once ppl feel u dont answer calls, you are almost never immediately reachable, what do you think?

Ever since this thread was created, their number had been switched off, not even a single call from the staff that are in charge of the deliveries. And someone here is saying they're not dubious.

Anyone that does business with these people is doing so at their own risk. They're a no-go area for now.

I'm not the only one affected by their Scamming scheme and if I don't hear from them anytime soon, I'll invite someone to share her story.

I don't know if you were the one that called me with a foreign number yesterday (I mean charles). I've been trying to reach your staff but their numbers are still switched off. Not even a single call from them.

I pray they don't frustrate your effort. Or maybe you're into this together with them.

If you know their office I suggest you visit them with our friends, the police.

I have been using Kobomart Logistics for a long time after trying krixmas and never had any issues with kobomart Logistics. I advice you port sharply.

I've ported a long time ago sir. The problem is I'm not based in Lagos, that's what is still saving these thieves.

Do you know the funniest thing? I sent a colleague to check them at the address they dropped on their thread as their office. I got the shock of my life when the person got there and was told by the occupants that they don't know anyone named Charles or any company named krixmas Logistics.

Only God knows how many people they've duped like this.

That your staff absconded with your money is not an excuse o. What if this guy opens a criminal case against your company, do you think the court will listen to your excuse? Bros just look for a way to settle this issue because if you keep laying the blame on one of your staff, it means you are telling us that there is always a possibility that your staff can abscond with your customer's money and in such case your customer will have to wait till your company resolve the issue with your staff. That also means that you are telling us to 'be careful' working with you.
