Youths across Nigeria have come out to voice their requests in the payment of the #5,000 as promised by the ruling All Progressives Congress during the elections.

They have also requested for the interest free student loans as promised also during the campaign.

See pictures for tweets requesting for the N5,000 via the hashtag #Our5k

https://twitter.com/hashtag/Our5k?src=hash

Politicians building castles in the sky....

When APC said that they would gove N5000 to everyone....I was one of the opposition , anti-PDP chaps who said it was not possible.

And even now, I say it is not possible.

But the problem is Nigerians love their money.......too much.

Let APC focus on power, education and mass transit....which would lead to Nigeria's industrialisation, freedom from bondage to oil, provision of millions of jobs...which would pay far more than N5000 per month.

As long as we are an oil dependent society.....we will never, ever ever be able to pay young people N5000. We do not have the money now. Oil price has fallen.

(Unless we take a World Bank loan.....no way!)

You people are still dreaming it has not done on the youth that all those fake promises was to steal their vote,very soon you will start crying for #40 per litre for fuel,or #1=$1, while federal govt is warming up to pay subsidy the same the past govt did.
I saw one of the APC senators arguing about the #5000 I realized they don't care about any body but their selves
I remembered the advert by PDP, and TAN, before the election this CHANGE name fake,so am not surprise, so Nigerian youth wake up and get busy.

Whether it is paining them or not.....fact remains that Buhari should tell us whether he will pay the money.....or choose to tell Nigerians the truth that we are broke, we were never a rich nation, and we must work for our money.

So many uninformed youths tweeting nonsense. The 5k unemployed youth allowance can't be paid until there is a budgetary provisions for it. The PMB administration has not proposed any budget at the moment and so, any agitation at this point in time is premature.

Political twitter warlords should let the government settle and provide solutions to the numerous economical problems facing the country. The government still have 3.5 years to fulfil all its electoral promises to Nigerians and that is enough time if you ask me.

Wouldn't it be nice if PMB/APC who made the promise come out to communicate to Nigerians their timeline for fulfilling their promise(s)? Remember, they have denied some of the promises that swayed the election in their favour, would you trust them to keep other promises without being pressured?

so 3.5years is a lot to you. My friend, you need to wake up! this country has been on a nose-dive since May 29, there's been no Economic direction or plan whatsoever. Imagine the US without an economic direction for 6months.

You don't start planning after becoming a president, or is Buhari not a citizen of Nigeria. Look around you, this is 2015. 1-2years ago it was all about brazil as the next big destination for investment, now its india. it wasn't a miracle.

Hmmm.

I really suspect the opposition PDP.

They must have sponsored this kind of renewed demand. Afterall what do those kids know? What do Nigerian youths know?

Buhari, Osinbajo, Lai Mohammed... don't you think I'm right?

I want to understand you better.
Are you trying to say that President Buhari intends to fulfil all those utopian and balloon campaign promises he used to deceive gullible, undescending, helpless and hapless Nigerians like you to vote for him?

They must have sponsored this kind of renewed demand. Afterall what do those kids know? What do Nigerian youths know?

Do you really mean, he will
pay 5k to every unemployed Nigerian graduate per month;
Provide a square meal daily to school pupils;
End boko haram/insurgency in few months (now by December 31st)
Regulate world oil & fuel price globally from Nigeria;

Equate naira with dollars;
Cause all are refineries to produce at 100% capacity in a year;
Provide 24hrs power supply, etc?
Do you really mean he will?
