i will never advice any serious blogger to start with blogger.Its beyyer you own a self hosted wordpress blog.Domain and hosting is very cheap

I highly recommend blogger to beginners. Self host wordpress.org its complicated as traditional website.

A beginner who don't know how to install wordpress, how will handle database or mysol in a situation where he can install wordpress due to existing database or mysol.

how will he protect his web host if his wordpress does not have ssl certificate? How will he hand page 404 or broken links?

I once use blogger Nov 2014 and bought a host from qserver and point to my on Jan 14th, 2015, and install wordpress on July 2015.

I migerate from to woedpress because i wanted to move to the next level.

I recommend for beginner before going to self host wordpress.org, because in self host is been control and manage by you, that mean if you don't manage it well then it will be useless.
