if lucky is a convicted thief, what was he convicted of, is dis allegation not one of d numerous crime he was convicted, i only blame osho for keeping quiet for long

We know Adams Oshiomhole.

We also know where he got the slow spirit from (that is why he took 7years to discover the fraud). I won't mention where and who he borrowed the slow somthing from, but Nigerians know.

Yes, Igbinedion does not need to do too much explaining, but he still needs to explain a few facts.

1). What is the current status of works at the so-called AVA Cement Factory?
2). Is it still under construction or has it been fully completed, or has it just been abandoned half-way?
3). What are the financial and non-financial benefits that Edo State stands to get from the completion of the factory?
4). How much would accrue to the govt of Edo State on an annual basis (based on the investment made) once the cement factory starts functioning?
5). Has Oshiomole done anything to frustrate or hinder the scope of works at the proposed cement factory?

There is no need to insert sentiments into this issue.

If Lucky had provided answers to these questions, he would have been justified.

The other 17billion naira was invested by a chinese company which controls 80% of the company.

5% was to go out as public shares.

Basically, the cement company is not solely edo state company but a joint business which little share

Firstly,I don't believe Edo state govt has the require percentage to be a top management of that company. They only invested in a business which has good prospect.
It either way; Profit or loss

The case here is corruption so the question is:

Was the said amount actually invested in that company or not?

Whether the company has bankrupt or not that not the case because there are so many companies in nigeria that has liquidate
