36 ministers suppose to emerge for the Nation. What happens is that each state governor nominates ministers from their respective states to the FG. In this Buhari's dispensation, it was not so. Governors had no say on who was nominated for their states. Buhari solely selected. This was not the norm in the past and it is dictatorship and complete act of impunity on the part of Buhari. As is all your threads, you haven't made a single valid point here. There is no where in the constitution where it's stated that a governor must nominate or endorse a candidate for the ministerial slot of the state. It was simply an undemocratic tradition under the PDP.

Buhari, as an APC member and a true democrat, doesn't have to toe same line.

I've always said it.....we down South are too clever by half!

Buhari will have little or no grief from the governors forum because his northern governors will always take sides with him come hell or high water!

Also, add to that the fact that the southern governors (and i mean South East and South South) don't have as mean a streak as their northern muslim politicians! When it comes to partisan-politics, the SE/SS governors/politicians are still learners in the game of politics of bitterness, divisiveness, ethno- religious inspired manoeuvres and politics of entitlement!
