President Buhari is unpredictable. He initially mentioned that Ministers are noisemakers and the job is actually done by the permanent secretaries. Now, he is sacking the permanent secretaries ahead on the swear-in meeting of ministers. No reason was given for the sack. |

Good! Only a few Perm Secs do a good job. The majority use the position to steal and help their superiors launder money in Swiss and European banks. Diverting funds meant for public projects is common amongst perm secs since the 70s.. |
