I just left Port Harcourt to Owerri today. The whole of PH is in a state of mess as we speak. 3 people have been confirmed dead. Too much tear gas was dispensed today in a bid to disperse the protesters. Live amunition was indeed used unlike what the Op said...The novel things fall apart is beginning to replay itself. |

ionsman:they use their touts way for freedom. But in yoruba land, they use their touts life to collects money from the hard-working ndigbos. They also use their touts to collects changes from danfo drivers. Nxt time, try to differentiates from touts men and freedom fighters. Those men you see there have each lands and properties all over nigeria. Don't underestimate the strength of an average IGBO man. ![]() |

What a lot of people don't know is that every little thing starts life like a seed. When planted it germinates like a fragile little plant. Soon it becomes a little tree with little branches. Soon it becomes a huge tree with branches & FRUITS. In Nigeria... from my observation things don't just come and go.. they stay. Look at Boko Haram, Kidnapping, Militants, corruption.. the line goes on and on. When GEJ was President his wahala was Boko Haram and its only ironic that Buhari's Wahala is Biafra. Now its time to show is he is a leader by taking the right decision. I'm watching like "The Watcher" ![]() |

IGBOPRINCE:That IPO Rumuokoro rally is a classic case of seizing an available opportunity. A soldier shot dead a bus rider on sunday, an Ikwerre guy..Ikwerre youths rallied and barricaded bori camp gate asking for the unknown soldier..the soldiers came out in armoured vehicles and dispersed the crowd with blank bullets and tear gas and also arrested some boys. On hearing of the IPO rally at Artillery, we encouraged the Ikwerres at Rumuokoro to begin something so that if violence erupts, we can seize the opportunity and get one back at the military. If you listened to those interviews, you will observe that Whilst Igbos were protesting for Nnamdi Kanu release, we were talking about lack of jobs and equal opportunity.............don't get too excited pal, the protest was a means to an end. |

Self centered groups. The Igbo's will never learn from the past that's y they keep suffering. They attach too much importance to material possessions that's y the spate of ritual killings is on the high in the east. Too self centered they are. Let my hero president grant them their wish but they should be rest assured that my state cross river will not be part of this yet to be futile mission . crazy self centred people we don't even need in nigeria |

Name change is useless. The political voice for Biafra currently will be worse than hitler if the Biafrian dream is achieved under him. I have observed his speeches, he has borrowed both hitler's use of words and ojokwu's mannerism to sell his brand of hatred for Nigeria to the world. Humans are simply gullible. Government of Nigeria need to thread carefully. |

For the people calling these protesters jobless, you're simply justifying their protest, because these number of people being jobless is enough reason for protest. |

prelomo:So you guys said two weeks ago until the names of the random arrest put paid to your delusions. You can continue fooling yourselves. It won't change any thing on the ground. The chief co-ordinator of IPOB in PH is an Ikwerre. If you effect any arrest within this prostesters, their names wouldn't be much different from the arrestees of two weeks ago in PH. Names below; Abagworo: Here are the names of those arrested |

Nonsense. Abia being the most underdeveloped state in Nigeria has being governed by biafrans yet it remained d way it is because ur own governors wouldn't play their part. Orji Kalu raped n robbed d state for 8yrs n handed over to d oda Orji. Who ever told these pple not to put their house 2geda did dem a grt harm. I'm sure if given their biafra d likes of orjis will still preside over them to keep raping dem. Yet those touts, instead of blaming their leaders think those ibo thieves will automatically bcom Saints once they get biafra. Nna men make unable look for una lost item for where una Waka pass n stop all the unnecessary hullabaloo. Put ur house 2geda n see if it will nt b better off. [ quote author=Sweetguy25 post=39878461]The protests are very necessary. It should be a wake up call to other tribes especially the Yorubas. Join the movement and demand for an emancipation from this slave hole called Nigeria. There is nothing to lose, Nigeria is already one of the worst countries in the world in terms of development. A new country or governmental system can't get any worse than this present one.[/quote] |

HopeAtHand:Exactly bros. Was just told about this story. According to my friend who is working in PH. He said the indigenes are getting really upset about it because their protest is actually affecting business activities in the state. Some banks refused to open and even my friend could not go to his bank. There was no active ph person in that protest. They all came from aba. The indigenes are watching for now. |

HopeAtHand:Honestly speaking bro, you shouldn't waste time educating those touts. I will never support a movement whose followers are fanatics - Such movements are likely to deviate from the original principle of the founding fathers. These people you are seeing online has nothing to offer, except after smoking some cheap weed they come here to lay claims to lands thousands of miles away from their homeland - When you come across educated and sound IPOB sympathizers, local movers and shakers the language of who owns where and what won't be any part of the discussion. Stop replying these riffraffs that are manning shops in Alaba,Balogun, Mile 1 market and Ikoku spare parts shops in Port Harcourt, They are as empty headed as anything that is dumb in this life. |
