@ wood. I don't know where u can get it o. If u wanna work with a carpenter just tell him the wood u want. I made my bunk bed with Akala tho, they've used it for 5years no problems. Its detachable too. Get the rright furniture maker and u are good to go

Hmmmmm I understand wat u r passing tru because I was once der in fact, I'm just gradually getting out of it. It could b constipation. How frequent do u visit d white room? Try n drink more water n fluids lyk oranges or watermelon at night b4 bed n morning b4 breakfast if possible. Kpele, it's part of d packages dat comes wt pregnancy. Enjoy.

Then I got to 10 cm. Time to push.. Was told 3 sessions of push in one contraction. Push for 10 sec take a deep breath and then push 10 sec again etc
By the 3rd or 4th contraction. Baby was out. 3.93kg no episiotomy. But Hmmmm there was cord around the neck issue, God delivered us, there was meconium ish, God delivered us,

Baby fine, daddy fine, mother fine.
I serve a living GOD. You can't imagine how excited I am. God is great

Our God is ever faithful..congrats again dearie.

Epidural for me was the best thing after sliced bread... Took it at 4cm and was gisting, pinging and sleeping all the way

Sounds more like indigestion to me than constipation. You need to quickly identify the foods that causes indigestion for you and stay off them

Did it cause heartburn or burping / belching?

Same here oooo. No urge at all. Dh will say wen I was ttcing I dnt allow him rest sex wise bt nw dat I hv gotten wat I wanted I fixed a permanent zip in it. Na so we go d try for dem ooo. As 4 him being tempted to go out, I dnt hav hrt beat at all because it's nt possible.
