i thought senator Aisha Alhassan had been announced winner of the taraba guber polls meaning she will assume office as executive governor of taraba state, why then is she been appointed a minister when it is glaring she is the governor in waiting pending her swearing in? does she want to do the job of both minister and govr the same time? im confused here

i thought lokpobiri Heineken will be given the ministry of youths and sports haven served as chairman senate commitee on sports in the last senate but unfortunately he got minister of state for agriculture. sad
