I challenge Ben Bruce to take the minimum wage for just one month

I agree with this. This is a more sensible way to respond to Bruce rather than making it look like what the man said was bad. The fact that it is being said by an opposition does not make it wrong. dustdee and fagbalex you guys are just complete asss lickers as far as am concerned.

This is different from my understanding of his tweet. He wants him to feel the "pain" of power outage by not using generator for a month. That doesn't make sense to me because he may not even need a generator in the first place (depending on where he lives as a minister).

Power in Abuja is usually constant, I doubt he'll feel it when there.

Tell him to undertake his duties from his village and it will be a different story.

This is why I'm PDP all day. It seems that the rational half of Nigerians have shifted to PDP because the fanatical/ignorant half has fully conquered APC. The only people making sense today are PDP. The only governors not owing money are PDP. The only politicians that face their work and not the media are PDP. The Senator is doing his job by providing checks and balances while you as youth are doing your miserable job of looking for grown men to call baba and follow blindly.

So you believe you have made a valid point right?
1 If there is no power supply and no use of generator, will he and the entire members of staff be able to sit and work bearing in mind that he is now in charge of 3 in 1?
2 Even if He does that and felt the pains we are passing through, will that automatically reverse our suffering after the one month?
3 After feeling for one month and sitting up to proper solution which may include increasing the number of gas powered stations, increasing hydro Dams, employing electricity supply using solar panels, using wind turbine like in Northern Africa etc
4 if the gas stations are to be given priority, wont that imply a process of reducing gas flaring which involves burning and wasting of gas that should have been adding to our petroleum earnings?
5 All the above suggestions as well as the road, rail and housing works to be embarked upon, dont they involve the signing and award of contracts?
6 Wont the contracts to be signed have time-frame for completion? Or can what has not been done in 16years be feasible within that one month of no light for him?
7 Are contract execution and completion not subject to finance?
8 Talking about finance, does the total revenue expected for a year as usually indicated in the annual budget gotten within the first month of the year?
9 if number 8 is the case, then we should expect a miraculous turn around even within the first 6 months because money will always be readily available. But ask yourself, is that the case?
10 Let me stop here. In essence, what i am trying to say is that THE USE OR NOT OF A GENERATOR FOR ONE MONTH IN THE EVENT OF POWER FAILURE DOES NOT IN ANYWAY RELATE TO AND CANNOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM WE ARE FACING NOW IF THE PEOPLE YOU ARE ROOTING FOR COULD NOT DO IT EVEN WHEN OUR MAIN SOURCE OF REVENUE SOLD FOR THE PRICE PER BARREL IN THE HISTORY OF PETROLEUM MARKETING WHICH MUST HAVE RAKED IN ALOT ONLY FOR SOME FEW (WHO CHOOSES TO LOOT RATHER THAN DEPLOY IT FOR OUR BENEFIT AND UPLIFTMENT) TO HAVE LEAD US TO WHERE WE ARE NOW
