They are "EAGLETS".. Not "EAGLES"..

They are better off signing for an Aston Villa or Bournemouth side where they stand a good chance of making the bench and even competing for a starting shirt than signing for a Chelsea that would keep them in the junior team and loan them to some obscure division 2 side only to sell them off for cash that would be used to buy a big name player.

I will advise them to sign for middle table teams and work hard to break into the first teams rather than sign for Big title teams that would only make it tough for them to break in.

Some of this big clubs have good academies. I know Chelsea's academy is quite good. Big clubs like barca and Madrid have good academies that can nurture good players even though they don't use them in their first team unless they are very good. Iheanacho has started to prove himself in man city and if he continues like this, it's just a matter of time before he becomes becomes a regular starter with always injured aguero and aging players

Madrid and Chelsea hardly promote their youth academy to the senior team. They prefer ready made players

Some people don't seem to understand why Chelsea was singled out. I believe some would think its hate or something but the fact is its only Chelsea among elite clubs that don't give youth the chance to showcase their talents. Its same big boys that features in CL, PL, FA and Carling. They have young guys in their team but they wouldn't feature them, the matter is even worse under Jose Morinho.

I quite agree with them. They should rather sign for smaller teams where they are sure of regular football and when they prove themselves and have a name, they could switch to a bigger team where a starting 11 football could be guaranteed.
