Personally ,i dont think i can date or have sex with anyone younger than me, i actually prefer older girls/ ladies.. For example , i am 18 years old, i prefer having a girlfriend of 21-23 years old, not a younger girl..

I dont understand how a 23 year old guy will fvck a 15,16 or even 18 year old girl

Nah I don't do that.. Even when I was 19 and was dating a 27 years old lady, I still buy gifts for her and take her out. Even though she was financially buoyant, I never depended on her.
