5. Sighatul 'Aqd ( the statement of agreement that would be said between the giver of bride and the receiver or his representative)

6. Publicising it (this refers to allowing people come together for this purpose, but within the financial capacity of the organisers)

I hope the brief is OK. Each of them has its own explanations, but bottom line is for serious minded individuals who aren't searching for angels, none of them isn't achievable given that a genuine interest exists.

You dont want a 18 year old girl to have a boyfriend,but when she is 20 you will be asking her of marriage,when she tells you that she has no one,you forcefully marry her to one alhaji as 3rd wife,so she can go and suffer


what am saying is,its quite possible to be with someone,no need for kissing,or hugging or sex,just dating someone u both have planned to marry each ather after uni etc

Yes moriam really in fact I av so many leaving example someone in a relationship for 5yrs that hit d rock nd someone who marry within a year of meeting and are doing fine may allah uphold dem

so someone will just walk up to me, that have not study him,that hard believe me,you know back in the days our parent know them self they can vouch for there ward,but nowadays is the other way round,from experience.

Trustworthiness:


As the brother said you do not need to court before you marry in Islam.

I met my wife through a brother that I discussed with that I need a wife. Then I am ready to get married.
The brother informed me about the sister and I gave him go ahead to investigate more about her. Although, we have earlier discuss of what I want from a sister to be my wife.

Firstly, she has to be a practicing muslim and not a muslim by name as we have, so common in our society now.
Secondly, she has the knowledge of what she is practicing. She need not to have memorise the Quran and hadiths but read them frequently to keep herself abreast of the teachings of Islam. Most Muslims practice islam today without striving to acquire the knowledge of what the are practising, thereby misbehaving.

I met her finally in August of the same year and we got married in February 3rd of the following year.

A week after I met her that I declare my intention, i met her parents as well to informed them of my intention of marrying their daughter. Is the parent that actually delay the marriage till February the following year.

Alhamdulillah, we are happily married and we have been making progress in our marital life.

The funniest thing is that I do not have up to 100k in my account as at the time we got married and she new about it. Today, we own our own house, car and averagely financial okay. Because we plan together and together we seek Allah's blessings and guidance.

Yes, we have our own ups and downs but we resolves issues using the Quran and hadiths of the prophet as commanded by Allah in the Holy Qur’ân.

Alhamdulilahi,trust me yours is an exception,people like you are rare,i wish it was that easy.

Faith means ''absence of proof''..... Faith makes you believe things without proof of its existence

I don't believe in god(s) because there are no proofs...... I would need faith to believe in whatever god you are selling

Just like I'd be eager to see the proofs you'd sell for saying there isn't god.

Of course, those things need faith to be believed in, except you can provide proofs that say otherwise.

It's very much easy with sincerity and Allah's assistance. One of my cousins met his wife in July immediately after NYSC and they got married in August the same year about a decade ago. Alhamdulillah! They are happy today with kids and wealth.

I think you are misinterpreting what the op said. The op did not say you should take the opposite sex as enemies, but creating that close friendship people do today is wrong and not accepted in Islam.

Allah knows us better than we know ourselves. Allah knows what could go wrong when a boy or man and a girl or woman more to close, there is possibility you allow shaytan to deceive you into committing what Allah has forbidden.

Why will you what to make a woman an intimate friend? Except if you want shaytan to slip you to committing zina.

And let me tell you,it is not everybody that have dirty mind of zina that speaks with opposite sex.
