Oh!, that number has been among my contacts since last year or so. Got it from an NCC "sponsored" program on radio.

It's working.
Some people never believe anything good will come from government.
Some have never tried it, but they will still come here and discourage and paint a negative picture about this.

Do they really need to do that?. They could just go undercover by getting SIM cards of all the networks, then monitor their activities. Everybody receive the scam SMS at the same time.

We are not talking about scam sms here, we are talking about real sms from network providers and unnecessary deductions.

I know. But, you're only saying this because we don't think science as a people. If we think science, the NCC would've ran mock phone lines to know; how, when, and who's making such deductions. That's the best way to investigate it.
