I was sitted outsyd today while watching drake playing as usual and den d thought came to my head (lemme ask drake wat he wants to be wen he is all grown) so I called him "come here boy" and he ran to me panting, wagging his tail, trying to lick me and I was struggling and was like "calm down boy" and he calmed down, nd den I asked him "Drake, wat do u wanna be wen u grow up" ofcourse I didn't expect an answer, dis is where most of u will say am crazy, he actually talked to me telepatly of course (lol) anyways I just felt like I knew wat he was saying, he told me "haven't u figured it out already?" and I told him "no, u bark allot nd seem to be fearless, so a guard dog?" and he told me "no, I tot u already knew, I WANT TO BE A MODEL, haven't u noticed how I pose for every pics u snaped me?" and I was like, DT is true ooo but u also talented as regards security nd he told me am a dog with many talents. and den I woke up from d trance.

OK, a month passed after I got Drake, I can remember it like it was yesterday, Drake was growing well, was already shedding some of his puppy coat that wasn't shiny, and am sure that nutrition also helped. My sis wasn't a dog person infact she still isn't a dog person, but I convinced her then that she needs a dog and besides she was robbed not too long ago, and this my boy even at this young age is a rascal, so she agreed that he stayed with her till I round up my program. He was fed on diamond puppy food, but his ears were not erect, I was really worried, every other person who saw him loved the floppy ears but I didn't. Drake has always been a playful energetic dog who never trust anyone even right from when I got him in school, he used to sleep in my room, chewed my bag, chairs, even tore my bed, I got so many rubber feeding bowl for him until finally I settled for a metal bowl for water and an old fry pan for his food, he was always flexing, my sis never fed him rice, all he ate was diamond, meat and chicken

One can see from the pics above that he still loved the camera, he always looks at it and poses well for a shot

I went to school, and came back after a month(i just couldn't stay away from my boy for long) as I approached the gate to the house, so many things kept going thru my mind like "I wonder how he is now, could he have grown much? After all its just one month" while thinking, I had already gotten to d gate, I didn't ring the bell or call anyone inside cos I wanted to know how my boy will react, so instead I knocked on the gate, ND to my greatest surprise, I heard one of the deepest dogs bark I have ever heard.




"Woof! Woof! Woof! Growling" d voice said, I was scared initially ND thought to myself "did my sis get another dog in my absence?" ND den I assured my self "Shez not a dog person" I said to my self "and even if she got an adult dog, she would have told me" so I knocked again, and "Woof! Woof!" is what I heard but this time it was louder and he used his body to hit the gate like he wanted to fall it down and I said to him "my boy, have u forgotten me?" and he started crying out of excitement, that was when my sis came to open the gate for me, as I entered the compound, he jumped on me, kicked me, ran 360 round d compound with great speed, came bk again, jumped on me and didn't wanna let me go, but it was late, I had to go rest after the journey, he had already soaked my shirt with saliva, so I had to pull it and spread it on a wire, hoping to wash the next morning. That night, while I was sleeping, he just stood by my window crying ND seeking for my attention, occasionally when he heard foot steps by the gate or see flashlights, he would run to d gate hit his body against the gate ND bark ferociously, ND when they pass, he will come bk to my window.




The next morning, I woke up to pick the shirt I spread so I could wash, only for me to see the pieces all over the compound, I shouted "DRAKE!!" he came out so excited panting and trying to play with me, I was so angry, but the way he acted made me laugh, each time I try catch him, he would run back and lie down giving me all kinds of facial expressions, was so funny, had to pick my phone to snap, here are the pics below of Drake at 4 month

One month later, I came bk, Drake was used to pulling the leash while on walks, I tried to discourage him by making the leash shorter, when ever we go on walks people will shout "Chai see lion" others will say "na lie, na wolf" sometimes some will say "haha! This people wicked, them cross dog with wolf, see as the dog black like him owner" ND d last sets of people will say "I know that dog ooo, that dog killed the cow when dem buy put for compound for party" all these comments made me laugh cos my boy was just 5 month, his head ND paws were getting bigger, what I actually kept in mind in all the comments was that he looked like a wolf ND we were both black.

After the walk, I had pull my trousers ND lieing down on the bed when d movie "teen wolf" came to mind ND how alphas used to have red eyes and betas have yellow, so I decided to snap a pic with him ND behold I had the red eyes and he had yellow, "yippee, I was his alpha afterall"

Drake became spoilt, he started selecting food. When I initially got him, Drake would eat anything given to him, but at five month, Drake would treat diamond puppy food like it was eba, he would eat just a little until we mix canned food for him. He ate 3 pedigree canned food daily mixed with Diamond dry food. ND in between meals, my sis gave him meat,chicken ND sometimes fish, all these were surplus cos I guess she is married into the new generation marriage, and her husband would always get all these junks when coming from work, to the extent she got tired of them so it became Drake snacks.

He became so fat, that I started to fear for him.

You have a problem of comprehension, my dog is a male, so please don't pour ur frustrations out, read first ND understand. The diary clearly states "Diary of my boy Drake" you clearly read what u wanna read.

Don't wanna say much on dis, but my advice is that u should try read first b4 such comments next time
