I will say it is not easy both Emotionally and physically to wake up everyday and not have a certain duty to perform and feel relevant. On My own part, I've been able to volunteer my services to help charity organizations perform any duty. Although, there is no financial gain in view, but by doing so gives me consolation of being useful. That's how I avert being depressed.
Feel free to share your own stories. It might be of help to somebody.

My sister God will see you through. Its really not easy, but as for me I try not to think about it and take each new day as it comes.
