Please what is the easiest and most economical method of fencing a farmland against invasion by herdsmen?

Please which one is costlier- the chain link fence(those with crossed link wires) or the straight wires? How much do they cost?

If you have time on your hands, that is you have not planted yet, just plant fast growing trees round the perimeter of your farmland. The Eucalyptus is a good tree for such as it does not have branches and grow fast. These will serve as the post. Then buy either the chain linked fence or the straight wire fence and nail to the trees. You may need 3 or 4 straight wires. The straight wires should be cheaper
