zoom007:nice nonsense uve just spit out. During those seasons, barca was never 16th after just 12games. They weren't playing so badly, only teams in d calibre of bayern and madrid could defeat them not just any team unlik our darling chelsea who has been beaten by championship teams even eyimba wud be happy to come up against chelsea at this point in time. He may have been the best manager for u for d past 15years but he has also got the worse result among the top5 managers in the world right now for their respective first 12games...*tongues out* |

Reverse is now the case to chelsea,he called arsene wenger specialist in failure, but now its mourinho who is now specialist in failure,Arsene wenger is specialist in success |
| Re: 4 Big Career Lessons Managers Can Learn From Mourinho And Chelsea Slump by adekoonlay(m): 5:07pm On Nov 16, 2015 |
Echelle:Believe me, mourinho is a stranger in dis kind of situation thats y he kept going down. Lets make wenger our case study (mind u im not an arsenal fan), he is use lossing more than half of his 1st team to injury every season and he knws how to manage this well. Mourinho is just too proud that he believe he can never be wrong and thats a problem. |

anapz10:oga I know it hurts when you are a Chelsea fan and you read things like that but wait o....all that he wrote is it a lie......if it is you can open a thread and write about all the coaches who are like mouriniho or mowwwr-rhino or whatever and you will see the result.....you might write now that you aren't a Chelsea fan but the God that you and I serve know that you self are ashamed of your club......take a chill pill oga and accept defeat the battle is over...you don't know who the OP whether he is working or not.......okay....you that is writing about someone else background and shit......what about you....do you know if the OP has a career or not........charcoal calling kettle black........I hate when people prove what they aren't we didn't say mow-rhino isn't successful but that doesn't mean that you will blame people for your failure |

Don4life:To all Chelsea fans, Don't mind this mumu...Mourinho still remain the most successful coach of all the coaches currently coaching in the English premier league...if you like hug transformer or add cement to your garri if you still hate him. Asene Wenger still remains a specialist in failure until he wins the cover of the champions league cup. Chelsea still remains the defending champions of the premiership until the end of the season. We fall together to rise up. |

The Eva Caneiro issue to me is not an issue because the criticism was directed to the medical department and Eva was just one of the assistants not the Head of the department but the British media blew it out of proportions leveraging on gender or feminism issue. It is said that british media think for pple in europe.Eva too took the bait and gave in to emotion.Everyday at work,in the moment of heat, things get said and nobody took offence if it is fr ur boss.In club level, the medical dept is even lower in cadre to assistant coaches let alone of a manager |
Is is not supposed to be a guide to failing Managers like Mourinho. It is not even a piece of advice; it’s merely some rant by me, a Barcelona fan, who derives pleasure from seeing Chelsea and Mourinho play badly. For the Chelsea fans who have the privilege (or misfortune) of reading reading this piece; this is my opinion, not Jobberman’s. With that said, let’s get down to it, shall we? Career Lesson One Story: Chelsea FC have only won ONE Champions league trophy and I remember vividly that after that final, the only set of football fans who ‘had the right’ to speak at viewing centres were Chelsea fans. The rest of us dared not, even though at the time fans of FC Barcelona, Manchester United, FC Bayern, R.Madrid, Juventus and a few others had won (or celebrated winning) that same trophy multiple times. But Chelsea got it once and all hell was let loose; they just wouldn’t let us rest anymore. Again, Mourinho is famous for repeatedly |

anapz10:I strongly believe you're a biased fan! The Op has a right to criticize whether you like it or not. He , Mourinho , is fulfilled , but the chunk of his money comes from fans he is richer than ( I stand to be corrected). Take away these fans, do you think football will grow as a business? Your statement above shows , too, that you might not be business inclined. Perhaps , you could announce to people who are poor not to buy your product , I.e if you have one, owing to the fact you're mOre fulfilled than they are. The Op ain't a Chelsea fan , but indirectly he contributes to chelsea's revenue through TV rights. He goes to a viewing centre , and he probably must be paying 50naira or more. So, he sure has a right to air his views. |

Plus JM is the only top manager to have stayed competitive for so long before having such a deep form.If this is what you called failure in management in ur closet,I believe any day any time you will kill to have his career above other managers. The man deserved a lot of respect he is getting right now.He is the only top manager who goes to club not the current best in the league and projected his club above the incumbent league champion.Look at Gardiola,Anceloti who I can only compare with him,the usually choose the best club in each league they go to but Jose always dare odd and turns it to dynasty. |

Check his cabinet to count his success stories and you will see that your post is vague. JM is moving from clubs to clubs to show he is the special one not a dullard spending a decade in one club. The last time I checked JM is still among the most successful coach in the world. |

Okesilas15:Need I remind you that mourinho is a heavy spender? Which club has mourinho chosen that is not the best? Now , best doesn't matter in football; the only thing that matters is Money to buy quality players. |

so what's your Point? In football consistency matters and the last time I checked Chelsea fc are always consistent in Winning the likes of Baca, Arsenal and Manutd. Can't a champion play a little. @least Chelsea are doing promo by given away 3points every weekend. But you guys aren't confident of betting against them. Such a pity, I always knew Baca players as deaf and Dumb but I never knew that Baca fans are like Wenger. You just can resist Chelsea Fc.
