BiafraMyAss:
You want him to be released after all his utterances?
It is not possible to jail a person in democratic country in the world by what they say, no matter how bad what they say is.

The Nnamdi Kanu affair has exposed Nigeria as a country where the rule of law does not exist. How can a person meet his bail conditions but still be held? What is that supposed to mean? I wonder what the man can be charged since he commited no crime? Oh well that is Nigeria for you. We must keep on with the light of Biafra because Nigeria is darkness
Prepae on ground ur bail conditions and commit robbery and let's see if U will be granted bail!

Unfortunately for you, there's no crime called "hate speech" in the constitution
there is somtin such as inciting sedition or treason

The law of sedition has long being removed from the constitution. Inciting someone to commit a crime only holds water if the crime was actually carried out and it has to be direct incitement. You cannot charge a person for a crime that was never committed. If a person listens to Nnamdi Kanu in radio and goes out to commit a crime, you cannot charge Nnamdi Kanu along with the person since the incitement was not direct. If someone listens to a Tupac song saying "shoot the police" and goes to shoot a police man, do you think Tupac can be charged as well?

As for treason, this means "actively trying to topple a Government". President Buhari toppled the democratically elected Government of Shagari in 1983, was he ever charged for treason? It is Kanu operating a London based radio station that has now commited treason? I laugh in Igbo

What of Buhari's hate speech after the 2011 election? "Dogs and Baboons will soak in blood"

He's walking a free man after instigating a move that left hundreds of people dead.
He was even rewarded by handing him the presidency. Nigeria is really a Zoo!!!!
And Asari Dokubo;
There will be bloodshed if Jonathan loses in 2015

No! We don't have to in a sane situation.
The combined votes of the SE, SS and SW cannot make up 2/3rd, we are all held down, and you expect us to beg other slaves to clamor for their own freedom?
We refuse to kiss arse, let them stay! We must leave, even if by force.
very small and quick question,

if civil war start for naija can you handle the smallest pistol?

you are a first class illiterate, there is nothing like hate speech in law, you can only talk about the tort of defamation which is not a criminal offence let alone to a treason. monkey

boy u simply lack proper understanding. simone gbagbo u cited as a case study is not in jail because of her hate speeches. she was sentenced to 20 years in jail for her role in the violence that followed the 2010 election in ivory coast. she organised armed gangs and distributed arms to them thereby disturbing public order.
