First off, Davido has no talent whatsoever relating to music I don't, doubt those who say he uses juju.
Secondly, Wizkid has talent as evident from his first album but since then what has he really done to show it.

After that, he became popular and was riding on the wings of commercial music. For TerryG, the sky was the only limit! .

Today, the irrelevance of this artiste in the Nigerian music industry is very clear; in fact, it is as clear as DSTV!!! . The young man doesn't have anything else to talk about; his weed, drink, Mr bling bling, bell ringing and other stuffs have not been able to save him. That is what is obtainable when one commercializes his music and loses his talent in the process!!! No matter how commercial you go, always remember to keep your talent intact. I know so many Nigerian artistes that are no longer heard after a short time because they either lost their talent or lacked real talent in the first place I believe Wizkid, Davido and some other music folks would still be in the limelight even in years to come because they still retained elements of their talent and sanity musically! As far back as year 2000, I was nodding my head to songs by the likes of Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, etc. Today, it may interest you to know that I am still doing that...and proudly too. Why? It is because they do commercial music but still retained their talent! They do music that suit the American populace, even down to Asia and Africa!!!

Nigerian artistes should learn how to be creative to stay relevant! It is not all about dishing out beats and crazy senseless lyrics to members of the public!!! Where is D'Smart that dis that song about pikin that wanted to drink small stout? No where to be found because he lacked real talent. He was only there to pick the few Naira notes he could while the fake fame lasted!

Recently, some artistes have reared their heads from no where and have started dishing out meaningless trash to the public. Let's see if the 'Share the gala, share the cake' artistes will still be relevant in the industry in the next two years!!!

Yes it's prevalent with a lot of us. While I may not be a big fan of the singer, you must give him his respect for coming to this industry and making a name for himself. He came, he saw, he conquered. And he picked his cash.

Life is all about ups and downs. Nobody can stay up forever. Some stay longer that others. What matters is that as a human being you are able to harness your abilities and talents and make something out of it. Make no mistake, not minding his type of lyrics, for being successful alone, he has repaid the universe, he has motivated people, he has invested his coin and reaped the reward. It's obvious the OP wrote subjectively nay objectively. A write up such as this,ought to be constructive,objective and balanced. Aside singing 'tasteless' music(according to you),Terry G is an astute business man cum producer. Dude has a good ear for beats which no one can deny. His uncanny ability to carve a niche for his genre of music in the dense Nigerian music space shows his ingenuity as a musician and prowess as a producer. In music,the market mood is a determinant factor as it either keeps you afloat relevance wise or bury u dispassionately. An attestation to his staying power vocally was when he exhibited a high sense of coming of age by churning out the hit song 'sexy lady' which I never get tired of u.

Never in your life ascribe potential downturn musically to the likes of Harrysong whose musical writing skill and vocal dexterity is widely acknowledged and obviously precedes him. You are neither a known music critic or aficionado. Thanks for the bore.
