Post reframed.

Constitutional opinion and questions.

I am at still at lost because I am hearing and reading conflicting reports, I am trying to ascertain from those who have an in-depth knowledge what type is suitable and constitutionality surrounding it and I am not getting relevant information on npc website......I saw the NPC report of 2004 that there is waiver to issue birth certificate for children between 0 - 18 that expired in 2009, I don't know if that waiver was extend......from reports u can apply for NPC birth certificate if u were born after NPC was established or your name is registered in an hospital or medical institutions in Nigeria.........I am also aware some foreign governments systematically reject NPC birth certificates issued with recent 'registration dates' even when that same certificate was legalized by their embassies under pretext of late registration......so my question is: Is late birth registration allowed by NPC in Nigeria when the birth registration exist in an hospital or medical institutions or local government?

Go to the Nearest local government office; they usually have an NPC Official or office located inside, they should be able to get you one (With a fee of course).

I know I can get one, but I hear children under 18 years are still qualified to obtain an NPC birth certificate and adults above 18 years will apply for sworn affidavit and a statement......till what age should be call late birth registration?

Not exactly the same....this is borne from a constitutional angle.

I hope u now understood the aim of this post and to alert the public of new developments surrounding this post.
