Even if you study electrical engineering or physics it does not matter. its 2.1 and upper credit that counts

What of fresh graduates who are above 26? They cannot apply for executive trainee spots obviously but going by your post, looks like they cannot get a bank job seeing as Experienced Hires need previous bank job experience.
