4 tiger batteries cannot generate enough heat to cook 1 cup of rice. Maybe it's a coal pot that just uses a fan to keep charcoal burning at optimum level.

The problem with Nigerians like you is that despite the untold thousands spent on your education, you can actually believe that Tiger Head batteries can power a stove? Anyone in the world announcing this will be laughed out of the park.
Those batteries are obviously - as others say - used to power the fans.
