My mobile data is on, there is network on the sim, I have an active data plan, but I have been unable to browse forabout 2 days.. Costumer care doesnt have a solution n i have done all the "Reset, Settings to 3888, Data On, different configurations" is anybody going through the same thing? Does anyone have a solution Please.,

have u checked ur apn settings under settings on ur phone? besides are u using proxy platform like Simple server or did u subscribe to browse directly from the service providers? as in did u buy data to browse or u re using mtn BB plan on Simple server?

I buy data to browse, my apn settings is very correct, i called costumer care n they keep sending me the same setting thats already on my phone, i went to their service centre today and wass told to get a welcome back sim but its still not working

next option for u is to format ur fone. Then see if it won't browse

but other sim cards are browsing on the phone even mtn (my siblings) sooo y shud i format? The sim is not browsing on any phone

i just recharge 2k5 n bought 4.5GB dat has refused to work, i recharged immediately my last sub expired n it has refused to work

share part of the data to another mtn sim then

oh u mean browsing works on the fone with other sim cards? as in u can browse with other sim cards on the phone?

No cause for alarm. It will work after some days. It will come on by itself.
Experienced same a week ago. Took 3 days to get back on its own.

that means the problem is from ur sim in question. use another mtn sim to browse
