Pls help, my tecno android p5+ stop taking in power when charging. It displayed that it's charging but not taking In power at all. Pls what happen to it and how can I do it. The new problem now is that when the charger (original) is plugged in, it reduces the ba3 instead of increasing it.

Firstly try charging the phone while it's off, see if it's percentage will increase , if it doesn't, get another charger, this should solve the problem, if it doesn't, try another battery, if that doesn't then ur charging port has a probs, try changing it

Just change the charging port that's where d fault is. It's either disconnected from the board or worn out. Your 1k sha

Try changing the battery first
If symptoms persist, then take it to a competent Engr, but change d battery first, the charging port changing should not be more than 1500 to 2k

Hahaha ...Tecno never fit correct that charging port issue? See as people de even ignore Tecno Official service center agents sef and yet people will come and be bragging about Tecno

Its a major problem with tecno phones. Useless brand.
