Wall and floor tiles in bathroom cost 1100 per square metre, yes water heater in kitchen is necessary so as to have hot water when needed, also this water heater in kitchen is networked to supply kitchen and shower.

I will forward the expense incured on the project to you. But for the detailed drawing, you have to pay for it to be prepared in detailed because i did not prepare the detailed drawing because its my job so mere sketch is what i used to build up.

For those who has been asking for the final kitchen view of this project, its depict below. Its just moderate for middle class citizen.

Not just the full view of the kitchen but the components.

(1) What makes up the structure of the cabinets?
(2) Wood type used.
(3) Counter-top design
(4) Thickness of slab before the counter-top
(5) The gas hose piping too etc.
