EgunMogaji:
I think a certain engineer needs to go and verify that this will not affect the Will this affect the integrity of the structure in any way grin

We of course will need pictorial evidence of course. Just saying cheesy
I don't think it will affect the structural stability. What we chissel is by the side not the middle of the decking.

The plumbing aspect of the job is bad from foundation to the stage we come in. Is like starting the plumbing afresh. We are chiseling the decking for the waste and soil pipes. Very tedeous work so to say. Bro God will see us through

They extract from both the Clients and the Suppliers... You have it good at Ibadan,,, Lagos/Ogun is the worst.

Sir, lagos isn't easy... its just hell for us Suppliers.
Useless and Unecessary wahala.

Ajah axis used to be tough but dey r small now, wen u talk of Ikorodu or Surulere.

I was nearly killed at igbo olomu ikorodu some weeks ago. Even with our midnite dilevery plan, we still met them with guns at 4 different locations around 2.30am.
And we settled location by location.

When I told d first port I didn't av wot dey requested for, dey beat d hell outta me and they were just shouting ha ha ha ha GRANITE ha GRANITE GRANITE... as if granite did dem wrong.
After I finally agreed to their terms, they started fighting one another saying isawo boys can never collect igbo olomu money... 3 of d isawo boys were rushed to the hospital dat midnite.
Isawo is where those 9 DSS GUYS were killed some months ago.

Surulere nko?

Now the question is if we stop doing lagos jobs, which other jobs r we going to do? Ogun Oyo Osun kwara Ondo or Ekiti?
80% of granite from our various quarries goes to Lagos.

I wish you well on this project sir.

Welcome to the Land of opputinities, but a stressful one.

There's almost no beating these guys completely.

@smiley001 The "Ha Granite" part got me laughing.. We're you expecting the god of granite to come and save you? grin
On a serious note, you should have an apprentice that will follow the truck and settle all those things instead of you being at the mercy of those drunk people holding loaded guns.
