Sin is not always the reason. Sometimes, it could be and it is when God want to draw you closer first. It is a matter of destiny and mental attitude. God has a package for all in different ways at different times. You get yours at your appointed time. All you need is to be sensitive(greatness is not always achieved through gaining employment, you can employ and establish yourself), focused and optimistic. Above all, maintain a good relationship with God.

confession doesn't mean you should be going and shouting of all ya sins you know of at that time, there are many things we are doing which is sinful but God overlooked those things because there is person who always interceded for us.

the true meaning of confession is repentance meaning you don't wanna do those things you anymore.

No,but poor employment structure of Nigeria. Over reliance on University degree,god,jesus and narrow minded Nigerians. They are all trying to pass through one door(get a degree and get a job) while other good opportunities remained untapped.

examples of these good opportunities?

Sin is a curse on a sinner but the blood of Jesus washes it all away when we repent. Our nation has failed to take responsibility in the past and more sadly Christians have failed to take responsibility in the place of prayer instead we complain and scheme. If we will humble ourselves and pray and repent God will hear us and heal our land a day is too much for God to change things.

Secondly God has deposited His creativity in us that creativity has to start finding expression, we need to create jobs and opportunity for others and our success is sure cos we have the mind of Christ.

if i could judge myself, i wouldn't get water to drink sef. God is God, the way he thinks and act is a mystery. God said he will bless the work of your hands, sin or no sin.
