However it seems that was for wall tiles only,
I am also looking for average per bag for floor tiles bearing in mind that the floor tiles will also have sharp sand.

This Things are average calculations, as a lot of factor can also Determine that. Also some tilers have different method of mixture.

Averagely for floor with screed thickness of about 3inch you will cover about 8-10sqm.

Nice...Though i have some issues with the detailing in certain areas. Not like I'm critiquing your work, I respect what you do, but i believe every design should be thought through 100%. See images. In all, i love the passion with which you execute your projects. Good one!!!

It will be fantastic for me to work for you. That means by the time I am done I will have grown to an Unbelievable level of Excellence, due to your Attention to every Details.

Worked Hard on those Part you pointed out and Some others you might not have taken note of. Anyway as for that roof, at least its slopping into the Deck ontop and follow there out to the Drain. The Idea was to slope the Small roof ontop of the Big Roof by all means. Others we are working on to ensure we find a way of Making it come out better than they have done.
