The news said... Buratai recently released a list of wanted BokoHaram members whom Abubakar was numbered 58 on the list, was arrested by the vigilante group....

Focus should be on the Army... They were perhaps somewhere smooching borno's girls while the vigilante where actually doing their job for them...
