Please I am having issues at my car.. It does not leak oil  but my oil is always shorting... I hear a clicking sound at high speeds n also on idle it sounds like a diesel engine.

Please advice.

You will have to replace that picanto engine.

Signs of a bad engine. Engine replacement is the way forward

You will have to replace that picanto engine.

I think it's a Bentley with camry 2.2 engine.
consider replacement!

Go for a cylinder compression test to find out why and where the oil is leaking from and to know what u are rebuilding .

What engine is in the bay? 4zz-fe? Check engine number on vehicle documentation or take pictures of engine and post
