For umpteenth times, Biafra did not declare war or wanted to go war with anybody. Biafrans were simply what is all about human instinct which self preservation. Eastern region cannot simply capitulated when the people of the region have been massacred and yet illegal government of Nigeria led by bunch of nonentities whose people have just committed atrocity against easterners divide their region into states. When the people said we preferred to remain with regional status, war was declared on them. It is very shameful that most Nigerians tend to stand history on its head.

Per the bolded, this is homely applied to those who shout south-south today and forgot who fought for it. I had rather get to my house empty-stomached than filled up belly and die on the road.

I understood you perfectly but we have to be careful here as it seems that you guys have a lot of people that are still running with the 1967 mentality though these issues shouldn't even be talked about after all we all run with the same ideology which is capitalist in nature and self expression but the fears of the minority groups needs to be addressed properly to allay any fear of any kind after all unity should be of purpose and not just a case of being united which will lead to rancor and bitterness thereby taking us back to the same old system we were running away from.
A united SE and SS is what they fear most but what's the agenda of the igbo man? is it different from the agenda of those that seem to hold sway and lording over us right now ?
Don't you think it would be counterproductive to run away from one form of marginalization only to open up another chapter? If you were in the shoes of these minorities , would you show support for something where your interest is likely to remain like your current interest ? The number of their kinsmen that are flooding into PHC, Calabar , Uyo , Warri and Yenegoa is a clear sign that their states aren't faring better than the Niger Delta states compared to people from these states flooding into their own states though I love Enugu yeah!
