Through the prism of the penitentiary.

In this scenario, you are locked up for whatever crime you committed or didn't do, and you are required to talk about life behind bars, the illicit drug trade behind the walls, the unfair treatments, the gangs, the corrupt wardens, being blooded into the jail world, comparing the life on the outside to the new found one on the inside.


A Far Cry From Africa.

In a fantastic story-telling via poetry, write how the Africa you grew up in has changed and lost its vision or the how the Africa our various multinational grandfathers fought hard to build has seen its tenets and ethics terribly derailed. You can also include how we left our religions for foreign ones and how our traditions are being relegated to background for new obscene and absurd practices.

Life Is Fair: I would like you to express the fairness of life through events that happen in the world. I would specially want you to show how life is fair to poor kids dying of malaria and vulnerable dying of bomb blasts and government's carelessness. Also show how life is fair by looking at the life of the rich. The wonderful people who help the poor and needy. Show how life is fair in both positive and negative events.

The Nigerian God: Here you look at how a Nigerian worships his god or God. The hypocrisy involved, the ignorance and wisdom of all adherents. The believe in one source but the hypocritical hatred for different tribes. The worship of men of God as the worship of God. The disturbances of loud speakers and the blessing from a good God with someone's missing or misplaced money. Every evil associated with the Nigerian way of worshipping God.

As Above So Below: This is not a question of the truth in the statement but it's presentation in poetic form. Here is what I expect. Everything in the world is one, independent and interrelated. Man is the same as God and God is the same thing as man. The human cell is the same thing as the atom and the atom is the same as a human cell. I need you to draw relationships on these phenomena in the finest poetic expressions.

This is not about the memories of your past or any stuff like that,its a general thing,not limited to you,more or less how times have Changed in between eras.
You are even given the choice to use any era,be it the 50s,60s,70s,80s,90s e.t.c you can go ancient if you feeling wild,that's the essence of "Its totally up to you".
