You got it there! That cant be true. So so not true. It must be a nollywood movie scene. There's no where you would have the tenants queuing up in such manner when a gun or whip is not used to compel them to do such. Nobody would even queue. You would ordinarily and naturally see them in a disorderly manner...not queuing up as it is shown.
